Online:  We have integrated a friendly and easy to use shopping cart system into our website.  It does require a browser that accepts cookies.

Product availability:  Each item listing will indicate if it is In Stock or on Preorder.  We will inform you of any backorder items with your order confirmation.

In stock items:  These items typically ship within 2 busines days of your order being confirmed.  If you supplied us with an email address, the UPS tracking number will be sent to you.  If an item listed as in stock is on backorder your order confirmation will reflect this.  Typically less than 1% of our items are on backorder.  Backorder items will ship at a reduced rate so that in the end you do not pay any extra shipping.

Preorders:
If an item is on preorder there will also be a date shown.  Your online order summary also tells you which items are on preorder.  The date displayed is the latest release information we have direct from the manufacturer.  You will not be billed for any preorders until the item is ready to ship.   If no date is given for a preorder item, then the manufacturer has not been able to tell us when it is expected.  All release dates are projected and will change more times than not.  We ask for your patience and understanding as this is out of our control.

Shipping:  We realize shipping costs can mount very quickly.  We do our best to keep our rates as low as possible.  Click here for our current rates.  Our normal shippingmethod is by UPS Ground.  All orders with destinations in the continental US will be shipped by UPS Ground unless other arrangements are made.  All APO, FPO, HI, AK, and international orders  are shipped  using the US Postal System.

Pricing:  MTR Enterprises is known for great prices and service.  On occassion you may find an item for less than our web price.  Many times the manufacturer has stipulated MTR can not advertise an item below a certain point.  In any case, we will price match competitors in most cases.  We will require proof of the price.  This would be a link to the website, a copy of an email, or a paper copy of the ad.  We will not price match closeouts, ebay auctions, or individual collectors.  If you  have  joined, some variety of buyers club, give us a call and we'll discuss some options with you.

Returns:
We take care to ensure you are happy with your purchase.  This starts with descriptions and pictures on the website and continues through to the careful packing of your order.  If you need to arrange a return for some reason, please email us at mtr@diecastmuscle.com  or call 269-468-7367 during our regular hours of 11 AM - 8 P.M. eastern time Monday through Friday.  Please include  the model number and a short description of the item you need to return as well as the reason for the return.

Defects: We  try our best to ensure your item is recieved undamaged.  As a rule , we do not open items prior to shipping.  If the item is in packaging that allows viewing of the product, then it is inspected for obvious manufacturing defects e.g. parts missing or broken off, major paint defects.  There are occassions that we will miss a defect or it was undetectable without opening the package.  In those cases we are happy arrange an exchange.

Shipping Damage: UPS is our preferred carrier.  We have had exceptional service with them with delivering packages on time and undamaged.  There are times that you may receive an item that was damaged during delivery.  Please keep all packaging and materials and call us immediately if this happens to you.  We will initiate all claims with UPS at our discretion.  In any event, we will make every effort to ensure you receive an undamaged item.

Unsatisfied: If you decide you just simply do not like an item, we will take the item back for a credit within 14 days of the purchase.  The item must be returned to us in re-sellable condition.  This means the item must be unopened, the box must arrive  to us undamaged and all shipping straps must be in place.

Security and Privacy:  We want you to feel safe and assured when you purchase with us.  If you have any concerns do not hesitate to contact us.
